Personal Assistant (remote)

We are looking for a special person who will provide direct support to the CEO in a multitude of areas remotely. This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, highly organised and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.

Who you are:

You store your personal info in Notion, your emails are sorted into folders, your google calendar and project management tools are synchronized with your mobile phone which also doubles as an organizer. You have countless Google chrome extensions, feed readers, bookmarks etc.

Your role:

  • Coordinate and set up meetings, events and visits, provide logistical support, including planning and booking travel
  • Deal with day to day correspondence and phone calls
  • Order and arrange the delivery of flowers, gifts, etc.
  • Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Organise meetings,prepare agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, send reminders

The person who is right for this role is someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of related experience
  • Is proactive and flexible individual, able to work without significant direction and/or context
  • Have exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Is tech-savvy in a way he/she uses technology to be more productive and efficient
  • Relentlessly resourceful – no problem is unsolvable
  • Is unflappable – stress or a bit of chaos doesn’t even cause you to blink
  • Is detail oriented with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Highly intelligent & can execute effectively with little guidance
  • Strong emphasis on follow through and closing the loop
  • Is ready to hectic schedule changes
  • Is an easy-going person with a good sense of humour and a can-do, encouraging attitude
  • Is highly responsive and trustworthy
