IT Security Manager

What does an IT Security Manager do at Domestika?
As part of the IT team, you will play a key role in identifying any weak areas that might make information systems vulnerable. You will assess security measures such as anti-virus software, passwords, and firewalls in order to identify any areas that might make information systems vulnerable to attack. You will analyze reports generated by the monitoring system to identify anything that may indicate a future risk.

You will also manage backup and security systems, look after the recovery of data in disaster situations, and oversee security violation investigations. Often, simulated attacks are carried out in order to test the efficiency of the security measures that are in place.

The IT security manager also provides training for employees, explaining security risks as well as the need for using strong passwords and protecting data when using mobile devices outside the office.
• Participate in the definition of the information security strategy and policies and ensure that they are aligned with business objectives.
• Define the technical security measures that must be implemented to protect the assets of Domestika, as well as the control framework.
• Enforce adherence to data security and data privacy rules in daily operations.
• Identify specific requirements that must be covered by security providers, with a high degree of specialization and follow up on these security services provided by third parties.
• Participate in purchasing activities such as requirement analysis, RFPs preparation, scoring of proposals, and providers selection.
• Participate in assessments and service improvement programs regarding IT security.
• Minimize security and technological compliance risks.

• Good level of English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge in IAM technologies: OpenID, OAuth2, SSO, SAML, etc.
• Knowledge in IT Security: ISO 27001, PKI, certificates, digital signature, CASB, IdAAS, DDoS, PUAM, SoC, SIEM, WAF, etc.
• Knowledge in GDPR.
