About the role:
At Domestika, we are continuously expanding our creative learning offering. Now that we’re scaling to many more markets across the world, there is a desire to work together with strategic partners in the wider knowledge and creative industry to bring even more value to our ever growing community.

The focus will be on strengthening our creative learning catalog by curating and producing new courses, as well as solidifying Domestika’s name in the creator industry. Areas of partnerships are Education, Agencies & Brands, and Communities.

The Director of Creator Partnerships will build our partnerships in US by sourcing, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing partnerships that bring compelling courses to our users secure maximum (marketing/commercial/strategic) value to both Domestika, its partners and its creators.

This is a highly visible and cross functional role, and will be responsible for developing our regional partnership strategy, as well as executing the deals and strategic initiatives from inception to completion.

The successful candidate will bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think creatively and work independently.

What does a Director of Creator Partnerships do at Domestika?
• Grow Domestika’s content offering through partnerships in the US market and help ignite the overall region in terms of user and revenue growth, and overall presence.
• Create a data driven partnership strategy based on your in-depth knowledge of the target partner categories and build out an impressive pipeline of high impact opportunities.
• Lead projects across multiple teams within the organization (especially programming, production and marketing), to pitch, develop and manage a variety of strategic partnerships.
• Leverage your deep network of contacts of key decision makers, in addition to your broad experience in different partnership deal structures.
• Highly comfortable engaging with senior level executives on strategy and execution to close high value partnerships.

• 10+ years of strategic partnerships experience in US.
• Graduate degree from a top-rated university, or similar level of experience and skills.
• Previous experience in formation and go to market execution with strategic partners, with a solid track record in the region.
• Strong professional network within the creator communities, primarily in US but also globally.
• Understanding of creator, our market and our competition, and deep experience in shaping value propositions.
• Distinctive problem-solving and data-driven analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Entrepreneurial and a hands-on style with a strong bias towards action while working effectively in an innovative environment that values collaboration without ego.
• High energy and optimistic team-player and supporter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Independent and can perform at a high level without a lot of guidance.
• Native or near-native English.
• Fluency in Spanish, German, French, Italian would be a plus.
