The growth in the customer base has led to an increase of ForceManager volume of service requests. In order to respond to them all, and attend all the customers’ needs, we need a Customer Support Hero to help our customer work with our software in the best possible way. You will be therefore responsible for making real ambassadors for our customers, you are their trusted advisor.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Making and keeping customers happy!
  • Answer customers request with an empathetic approach through a ticketing system and by phone.
  • Work side-by-side with them to problem-solve through technical or other software queries
  • Keep high satisfaction standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Solve problems by applying established policies, procedures and tactics, and also by thinking out-of-the-box when anything established is not enough.
  • You are also the voice of the customer internally. You pass on their feedback to the product and development team, so that they too can get down to work on making ForceManager even better

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, with a vocationally customer-centric mindset.
  • Passion for customer care and have the ability to champion high levels of client satisfaction
  • Have at least 1 year experience working within Technology/SaaS, preferably on a helpdesk role.
  • Previous experience working with Zendesk, Crystal Reports y APIs will be highly beneficial.
  • Ability to breakdown complex problems and explain them in a clear and simple way
  • Articulate and concise in both written and oral communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (at least a solid C1) Italian and in Spanish is mandatory.
